​It’s a short 8-minute walk to campus!

At Oakley Ridge, we offer a 3-year lease with a minimum 1-year commitment. We offer flexible 3‑year agreements with opt‑out windows, so you can plan your stay and budget with confidence. The minimum lease term is a 12‑month cycle, beginning September 2026 through August 2027.

Every suite is thoughtfully designed to be move‑in ready, with durable, modern furniture.
An example of Bedroom furniture includes:

• Bed frame and mattress
• Desk and desk chair
• Nightstand

Shared living spaces include:

• Dining/ eating area with seating
• Sofa, coffee table, and TV

Please note: Furniture is subject to change and may vary by floor plan. Decorations and bedding are not included—we encourage you to personalize your space to make it feel like home!
 

All residents must have a guarantor over the age of 18. Since most students don’t have a long work history or stable income, we ask that a parent, guardian, or another financially responsible individual sign as guarantor for your lease term.

​Yes. Last Month’s Rent is required at the time of signing your lease. 

​Our management team offers a roommate matching service for individual residents. You’ll complete a short personality and lifestyle quiz, and we’ll pair you with like‑minded residents to help create a comfortable, compatible living experience. Our goal is to make sure you feel at home from day one.

Yes. Oakley offers both above ground and heated underground parking for an additional fee. Spaces are limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so be sure to ask about parking when signing your lease. 

We have on‑site maintenance staff available to handle service requests quickly and efficiently. Through our easy‑to‑use Resident Portal, you can submit a work order, provide notes on access, and indicate urgency.

In the case of a true emergency, 911 should be contacted immediately.
On evenings and weekends, our answering service connects you to a representative if there is an urgent maintenance request or emergency.

Renters insurance is mandatory for all residents. It protects you from liability, covers unexpected accidents, and safeguards your belongings. If you don’t register for your own policy, you’ll automatically be covered under Oakley Ridge’s provider. We’re happy to walk you through the details.
